Depicting plants found in both Finland and Minnesota, Rosebay Willowherb and Lily of the Valley. When Finns immigrated to Minnesota, they did so in part due to the familiar flora and fauna of back home. This design serves as a metaphor for Finnish immigrants journey to Minnesota.
